Baptisms of Infants and Young Children
Baptism for infants or children under the age of seven usually takes place on the fourth Sunday of the month at 12:00 noon.
In order to properly prepare your family for your child's baptism, parents and godparents are required to take one pre-baptism class, being held on Zoom or in person. Please see the schedule below. Per Canon Law, at least one godparent must be a confirmed, practicing Catholic, meaning the godparent must have received the Sacrament of Confirmation and attends Mass on a regular basis.If you wish to have your baby or young child baptized at St. Bede, please contact Moira Arjani at [email protected] or 818-949-4323.
