PCW Annual Scholarship

QUALIFICATIONS:

The PCW's Marisa Anne Lupica Scholarship is open to all parishioner 8th Grade young women planning to attend a Catholic high school and living their Catholic vocation by demonstrating service to the church and outreach in the community.  The chosen applicant will be awarded $500 for use towards her high school education. Applicants can be currently attending any school - public, private or Catholic. 

The Marisa Anne Lupica Scholarship honors St. Bede School alum Marisa Lupica who epitomized the Catholic spirit of service and community outreach.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Cover sheet with student’s name, address, phone number, current school and high school they will attend in the fall. 

2.  An essay (500 words or less) by the student stating their qualifications and giving examples of their service and outreach. 

3.  A letter of recommendation from an adult who knows the student well through their outreach and service. 

4. A letter of recommendation from a clergy, teacher, or leader.

DUE DATE: ESSAYS AND LETTERS ARE DUE BY FRIDAY, MAY 16.
