Faith Formation

Welcome to the Faith Formation program at St. Bede the Venerable Roman Catholic Church.  Please complete the following form to register a student(s) in the 2023-24 school year. 

After submitting this online form to register your child in our 2023-2024 Faith Formation classes,  you may receive several other pieces of information including the Empowering God's Children form (which needs to be signed and returned to the Faith Formation Office) and a list of supplies that are always needed in the Faith Formation Office.
